We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, a $25 inconvenience fee will be applied to your next appointment.

Special Preparation Services: For services requiring special preparation (e.g., specific product orders, extensive setup), same-day cancellations may incur a charge of up to 75% of the service fee.

No-Call/No-Show Policy: will result in a $25 fee to schedule a new appointment

Order Processing and Shipping Policy

​Order Processing-5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays, we will notify you if there are any delays.

​Shipping Rates and Delivery: 

• Standard (3-5 business days): $8

• Express (1-3 business days): $15

• Overnight: $25

​Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details.
